Recently, I practiced drone photography and short-form video capture at a desert race in Southern California. The session focused on refining aerial composition, motion tracking, and cinematic framing in a fast-paced motorsports environment. Overall performance and results were strong, with smooth operation and effective visual coverage throughout the event. To remain fully compliant with FAA regulations, all photo and video media from this activity are being provided free of charge, with no commercial use or monetization involved for anything drone related.

The Little Black Mountain Petroglyphs site in northern Arizona was an impressive and memorable destination. Although the ride from St. George, Utah was relatively short, the experience was well worth the trip. The landscape, history, and rock art made the visit especially rewarding. It is a place that invites exploration and reflection, and it left a strong enough impression to justify a return visit. Plans are already in mind to visit the site again in the near future.

A visit to a local motocross practice track offered a solid opportunity to ride, observe, and capture the atmosphere of an active practice day. Riders of varying skill levels shared the course, creating a dynamic and energetic environment. While the track itself showed signs of wear and limited safety features, it remains one of the few remaining places in the region to ride consistently. Despite its shortcomings, the practice session was still enjoyable and valuable for seat time, skill development, and capturing authentic motocross moments.
